How much does Ward Floral Designs charge for delivery?

There is no additional charge for delivery. The prices that you see include flower and gift basket delivery to anywhere in the United States except Hawaii and Alaska. Orders shipped to AK and HI require an additional $10 delivery charge.

When is it too late to place a same day delivery order?

*U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

**Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We are happy to accept your international orders.

*Local deliveries within a 25-mile radius can place an order up to 6:00PM for same day delivery provided nothing too exotic is ordered.

**Most often this is a matter of timing on the part of our customers. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service. Call to ask us before deciding it cannot be done. We will try.

Does Ward Floral Designs deliver on Sunday?

We can deliver on Sundays, however, as our courier network only delivers on Sunday upon request we would prefer that an order placed for Sunday delivery is placed a few days prior to enabling us to organize a courier.

Can I place my order by telephone?

Yes. We only accept phone and Internet orders. Please call Ward Floral Designs at (352) 615-1074 to place your order.

What credit cards does Ward Floral Designs accept?

Payments can be paid by any of the major credit cards  (VISA, MasterCard and Discover). Payments can also be made securely via telephone.

What happens if the recipient is not home when the flowers are delivered?

If there is a secure place where the flowers can be left, the courier will leave the flowers at the recipient's address. If there is no secure position to leave the flowers, the courier will return the flowers and we will contact the recipient to organize alternative delivery arrangements.
Will my order look just like the picture?

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

This also applies to gift basket items. We are more likely to increase the value of your gift at no additional charge with gift items and/or florals when substitutions are made.
